Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 18lj.cam ("18lj," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 18lj online casino platform, including all games, promotional services, payment processing, customer support, and any other services offered through the domain 18lj.cam and its subdomains.

1.2 By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the 18lj platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is effective immediately upon account creation or first use of the platform, whichever occurs earlier.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with 18lj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and 18lj.

1.4 18lj reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes by a notice displayed on the 18lj platform. Continued use of the 18lj platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 To register for and use the 18lj platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party;

2.2 18lj reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility, including government-issued Philippine identification (such as an SSS card, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or passport) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3.1 Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 18lj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification;
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number;
• A valid email address to which you have sole access;
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A secure password meeting the minimum complexity requirements specified at registration.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 18lj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 You must notify 18lj immediately via the live chat support function if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

18lj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and bank transfer (Instapay/PESONet). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 18lj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must be registered in the same name as the 18lj account holder. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically clear within 2–3 minutes. Bank transfers are subject to standard Instapay/PESONet clearing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for standard accounts and within six (6) hours for verified Gold VIP members. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, subject to 18lj's internal liquidity management procedures. 18lj does not charge player-side fees on standard withdrawal requests. Funds deposited on the 18lj platform must be used for genuine gaming activity and not for the purpose of processing, layering, or integrating illicitly obtained funds.

5.1 18lj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty program benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 18lj promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately available for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount credited, unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise;
• Only bets placed using real-money balance (not bonus balance) count toward wagering requirements, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit; unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire and are forfeited at the end of this period;

6.2 Live dealer games are subject to the individual rules published within each game table interface, as provided by the respective game supplier (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a discrepancy between a live dealer's verbal announcement and the game system result, the system result shall prevail.

6.3 Technical malfunctions, including server disconnections during an active game round, void all affected bets. 18lj will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore game states where possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18lj platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games including live poker, bingo, or fishing arcade competitions;

• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment instruments to fund a 18lj account;

8.1 18lj is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide every registered account holder with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the main account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered with immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;

9.2 Upon account termination for cause, 18lj reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, free spins, and winnings derived from bonus funds associated with the account. Real-money deposits not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to satisfactory identity verification and AML compliance checks.

9.3 You may voluntarily close your 18lj account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat function. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests or wagering obligations in progress at the time of the closure request.

• Loss or corruption of data stored on 18lj systems that is attributable to circumstances beyond 18lj's reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers that affect a player's gaming experience on 18lj.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 18lj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitations are not permitted under applicable Philippine law.

11.3 In all circumstances where 18lj's liability is found to exist, the maximum aggregate liability of 18lj to any individual player shall not exceed the total value of verified deposits made by that player to their 18lj account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information provided by players in connection with their use of the 18lj platform is governed by the 18lj Privacy Policy, available at 18lj.cam/privacy-policy.

12.2 By registering an account and using the 18lj platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 18lj.

12.3 18lj processes personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. 13.1 18lj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.1 These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with a player's use of the 18lj platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body under applicable Philippine law. Players retain all statutory rights available to them under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
